Amy Feng

Amy Feng is a senior Nutrition and Interdisciplinary Studies major from British Columbia, Canada. She is interested in studying the intersection of nutrition science, health policy, and medicine, and she is currently working on the Produce Prescription evaluation project with the Global Food Research Program. In her spare time, she loves reading, rock climbing, listening to music, sitting in coffee shops, and hanging out with her friends.

My “go-to” comfort food is… Ben and Jerry’s Milk and Cookies ice cream or any baked good.
Foods I must have in my home are… peanut butter and oat milk.
My favorite food for spring/summer/fall/winter is… sushi, sushi, sushi, and sushi!
