Amy Lo is a Master of Science in Nutrition student at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. After working with Shu Wen Ng for the past 3 years to complete her undergraduate honors thesis, she is now continuing her work with Dr. Ng to complete her master’s thesis. Her research centers around SNAP benefits and evaluation of produce prescription programs. Her long term goals are to attend medical school and continue research on social determinants of health.
