Dhara Buebel

Dhara was an undergraduate research assistant from 2022 to 2025. She first became interested in nutrition when she started a local food pantry in high school. She has sustained this curiosity into college, with a specific interest in combatting food insecurity among youth. At the Global Food Research Program, she helped with various aspects of work related to the team’s food policy evaluations, including research dissemination.

Food I must have in my house is… dried mango. 

My favorite food for summer is… caprese salad.

My most interesting food habit is… dipping pretzels in Greek yogurt.
