Research Communications Specialist

Brief description: The Research Communications Specialist will help develop and maintain food and nutrition-related research resources, which are used regularly by scholars, advocates, and policymakers worldwide. These include food policy fact sheets and other research collateral highlighting evidence for food- and health-related policies around the world. Responsibilities for this role will also include the preparation of publication manuscripts for submission, reports, and other informational materials. This position will also assist with creation or production of research presentations, website content, and other research translation materials required to clearly convey and disseminate these findings. This person will also handle requests for data from one of our sources for global food systems information. This includes generating annual reports on food supply data for research partner countries; providing support for research projects requesting data downloads; and staying abreast of and relaying any platform or food categorization updates.
