Corey has her master’s degree in public health from UNC-Chapel Hill’s Gillings School of Global Public Health. She joined the Global Food Research Program as a research project manager after managing projects in the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Sheps Center for Health Services Research. Her research interests include chronic disease prevention, reducing health disparities, and promoting health education.

My favorite food for summer are… strawberries, peaches, and avocados.
