Sydni Wright

Sydni Wright, originally from Durham, North Carolina, is a third-year student at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. She is pursuing a major in Public Health and a minor in Spanish. She is interested in healthcare management, policy-making, and researching health disparities locally and nationally. She hopes to pursue a career that encompasses all of these interests. She joins the Global Food Research Program this summer as a fellow in the Fellowship for Exploring Research in Nutrition program.
My “go to” comfort food is… a bowl of grits with cheese and butter!
My least favorite food is… eggs. Bleh!
My family’s holiday favorite is…Thanksgiving 🙂
The craziest thing I’ve ever eaten is… grilled Alligator.
