Jessica is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She is a Research Associate for the Global Food Research Program at UNC, with particular interest in supporting work that analyzes high quality data to evaluate nutrition policies, food environments, and health behaviors in populations around the world.
